For film and TV productions
Corfu Town as a base for shooting on the island: the Old Town of Corfu (UNESCO World Heritage), the port and the airport are all about 10 minutes by car. Free parking at the house (a second vehicle 5 € per night), a 300 m² garden for equipment checks and outdoor meetings, a desk and free WiFi for the production office, and a full kitchen for a team that does not want to eat out every night.
For airline crews
Corfu Airport (CFU) is about 10 minutes by car. Corfu Port (ferries to Igoumenitsa and Italy) is also about 10 minutes by car. Four bedrooms, each with a TV, two bathrooms, washing machine and tumble dryer in the house. Air conditioning with heating in the 3 ground-floor bedrooms; radiators throughout the house. Quiet hours from 23:00 to 08:00 and a quiet residential street – whoever has an early report or a late landing sleeps well here. A key safe makes arrival possible at any hour.
For companies and project groups
Up to 8 people, 9 on request. Three bedrooms with a double bed, one with two single beds. Shared living room, kitchen and garden, safe, heating in every room for the winter months. One address for the whole team instead of eight hotel invoices.
How it works
Check-in from 16:00, check-out 09:30–10:00. For crews with other hours we will find a solution if we know in advance – including a self check-in by key safe with no handover at all. Enquiries and bookings directly with the host – no platform, no middleman.
FAQ
Can we book for several weeks? Yes. For longer stays booked directly, a long-stay rate applies automatically.
Is there parking for vans? One parking space is free; a second vehicle costs 5 € per night. For larger vehicles please ask in advance.
Is the house quiet? Yes. Residential area in Corfu Town, quiet hours 23:00–08:00, no parties.
